We did it! EVCP solutions has won EV Start-Up of the Year at the prestigious EVIES awards.
The EVIES (Electric Vehicle Innovation and Excellence Awards) recognise the companies, teams, and individuals who are truly shaping the future of electric transport. They are the highest profile awards in the EV Charging industry and it’s fantastic to have received this accolade.
Alan Lewis, Managing Director of EVCP solutions commented:
“It’s been a brilliant 12 months for the business. We’ve worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, and this recognition means so much to us.
A massive thanks goes to all our customers, partners, and supporters... and of course, our fantastic team. We look forward to the next 12 months, focusing on supporting the switch to electric by providing civils and EV Charging installation services, EV site development for businesses and communities, and expanding our Charge & Go! EV Charging network”.

EVCP solutions Head of EV Charging, Graeme Patton, said:
“We were shortlisted for this award alongside some other highly talented businesses, and it was wonderful to receive the news that we have won EV Start-Up of the Year.
Our whole focus is on supporting the switch to electric vehicles, whether that’s helping other Charge Point Operators get more chargers in the ground with our civils crews, or steadily expanding ‘Charge & Go’, our own EV Charging network. We want to help communities to feel the benefits of driving electric, working with local businesses and destinations to offer cost effective EV Charging solutions for their customers, and we are very excited for the future”.

Aidan Saunders, EVCPs CEO, added:
" I'd like to thank everyone that's been involved in launching the business and our first site as a CPO... the first of many, and we are looking forward to what 2026 will bring".
The EVIES judging panel was made up of experienced industry professionals from organisations including the Energy Savings Trust, EVA England, EVA Scotland, The Climate Group, and more.
When speaking about EVCPs, the judges commented:
“In an industry where there is constant evolution, it is good to see start ups which focus on the importance of getting chargepoints in the ground and the civils that are required alongside that—this business combines rapid deployment, community engagement, and ecosystem support to transform EV charging in underserved regions.”
