How fast will my car charge?
Your charging time will depend on your EV type, how much energy is already in your battery, the temperature of your battery and charge point speed. As your battery approaches capacity, charging will slow down. As a rough estimate, our Ultra-rapid chargers take around 20-30 minutes to reach 80%, assuming low battery level at the start of your charging session and optimal battery and ambient temperature. Also worth remembering is that in a hub, if more cars plug in to charge, the available power will be distributed between the vehicles charging.
How do I get a receipt from a charging session?
App users can view transactions and download receipts with ease in the Charge & Go app. For contactless users, please email support@evcps.uk. Coming soon will be a link on our website to easily download your transaction receipt.
How do I report an issue?
If you're at one of our charge points and need immediate assistance call our 24/7 freephone hotline on 0808 501 2628. Alternatively, send us an email to support@evcps.uk and we will be in touch promptly.

If you are interested in accessing our Open Data, please email support@evcps.uk, providing your name and organisation details including your planned use of the data. Our team will review your request and provide the data in a suitable format within 48 hours.
