ICP OPERATIONS MANAGER
This is a full-time, remote/hybrid role. The ICP Operations Manager will oversee the delivery of Independent Connections Provider (ICP) projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with installation teams, performing site inspections, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role also involves liaising with stakeholders, resolving issues promptly, and driving continuous improvement to uphold high-quality service standards.

Project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management.

Experience in the electrical or utility industry, particularly with Independent Connections Provider (ICP) operations.

Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee installation teams and subcontractors effectively.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulations.

Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and collaboration with clients and team members.

Understanding of health and safety standards and regulations in construction or installation environments.

Relevant certification or qualifications in electrical engineering, project management, or construction (e.g., HNC, SMSTS, or equivalent).

Experience in renewable energy or EV charging infrastructure is a plus.​
